The prospective tenant(s) shall provide a current credit
report with credit score, work letter or contract, last two
pay stubs and references with the Promise to Lease.

Tenants must have tenants insurance including civil
liability insurance of minimum of 2000000.00 A letter of
confirmation of coverage must be provided at the time of
the signing of the Quebec lease.

Tenant(s) is responsible for any damages caused by him and
will repair the damages at his/her expense.

The rental unit and all it's inclusions shall be returned
in the state it was upon the signing of the lease (except
for normal usage over time).

It is forbidden to make any changes to the interior or
exterior of the rental unit including painting without the
permission of the Lessor.

Small pet is allowed.
